Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use this website or purchase any products from us.

To place an order, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
3. Products & Pricing
All products displayed on our website are surgical and dental instruments manufactured by Sialmed Industry SMC Pvt. Ltd in Sialkot, Pakistan. We are an OEM manufacturer and also offer custom manufacturing services. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). A 5% tax may be applied to orders as required by applicable regulations. Product images are for illustratory purposes; actual products may vary slightly. We reserve the right to modify prices, product specifications, and availability without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount (including applicable taxes and shipping fees) to your chosen payment method. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. All payments must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan. All shipments are handled manually through our logistics partners, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Aramex. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of surgical and dental instruments, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photographs of the defect. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Custom-manufactured products are non-refundable unless they are defective.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, and software, is the property of Sialmed Industry SMC Pvt. Ltd and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sialmed Industry SMC Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchased through our website shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product. We are not responsible for any misuse of our surgical or dental instruments.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.
11. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies in the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan. Both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through mediation before initiating litigation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
